Tom will present on a panel featuring other business leaders on green business strategies on Monday, February 11. He will focus on the health care program, employee training, the use of 100 percent wind power, the recycling of trans fat free cooking oil into biodiesel fuel, and the recycling and composting programs that Burgerville has instituted.
