To Mr Jack Graves, Burgerville CCO

Thanks again for the opportunity to share a conversation with you last thursday at the 12th and Hawthorne store. It was like meeting a "sustainable" rock star--if there is such a creature? Seriously, after checking my records, I did want to let you know that it indeed was Kayla at the convention Center store who really put flesh on your motto: "make a difference in someones life" (namely, mine) and incaranate "Serve with Love." Again, it is great to be a very satisfied customer and i hope to be an even more satisfied Crew Member sooner, rather than later.

Hans Peterson
*reaching out
*starting conversations
*sharing a smile
*creating memories
*inspiring hope
*making a case for people, planet, and profit the burgerville Way
*celebrating that eating and serving food with integrity really is possible!
